How many times have you found yourself needing to load equipment or machinery into your van? Bridging the gap between the ground and the loading floor isn’t always easy—especially when you don’t have a forklift, and particularly during trips where you need to transport large quantities of different materials. That’s where Syncro System’s offering comes into play: a wide range (over 500 models) of loading ramps, including lightweight and dual-folding versions, with capacities ranging from 200 to 1800 kg.

The image series above shows examples of lightweight ramps that can be quickly attached to the floor only when needed. Available in various versions, they are ideal for loads up to 350 kg and occasional use. Featuring movable flaps to ease loading, they are made from lightweight aluminum alloy to minimize weight and bulk.

Syncro offers an electric winch for vans to safely assist in moving heavy machinery and equipment into the cargo area. Weighing about 12 kg, it has a pulling capacity of 1587 kg. It is equipped with an autonomous built-in brake that holds the load in case of traction interruption.

This second example shows one of the over 500 double-folding ramp models. Made from aluminum and steel, it can support loads of nearly 2 tons. The locking levers can be opened horizontally to deploy the ramp; in these cases, gas springs reduce the operator’s effort, making it easier to lower to the ground. The vertical opening feature is useful when you need to access the van through the rear door while the ramp temporarily blocks it. Simply rotate the ramp completely outward or inward to clear the entrance effortlessly.

Syncro System’s van loading ramps are an excellent solution for reducing unnecessary physical strain in your daily work.
