To ensure safety during the transport of heavy yet delicate goods inside commercial vehicles, Syncro System has developed an innovative solution: cargo bars. These devices consist of sturdy rods that can be fixed either vertically or horizontally within the cargo area, creating a physical barrier that prevents goods from shifting during transit. The resulting setup—whether in the form of a grid or simple parallel bars—ensures that the load remains stationary throughout the journey.

At Syncro System, you’ll find the full range of load stabilization systems used by the group, including the latest model, protected by a European patent. This state-of-the-art system features aluminum bars with a milled side profile designed to fit perfectly into matching aluminum rails with corresponding grooves, mounted on the vehicle’s walls. This configuration allows not only for the overlapping of bars but also for the integration of additional components like rings or straps. The key feature of this new system is the locking mechanism that prevents the bars from rotating once installed. In addition, the bars are fitted with a rubber coating on the narrow side, specifically designed to soften any impact with the cargo.

The load stabilization systems come in a standard length of 1876 mm, but custom sizes are available for vehicles with lower heights or specific needs, with lengths ranging from 50 cm to 6 meters. Installation and removal of these devices are extremely quick and intuitive, requiring just the activation of a lever. This flexibility allows you to adapt your commercial vehicle based on current needs—using the bars for transporting items like windows or doors, or removing them to facilitate cleaning, loading pallets, or other operations. An alternative model is also available, which does not require perforated rails and instead locks firmly in place using pressure-mounted rubber feet.
