The Citroën range of commercial vehicles spans from the compact Nemo to the spacious Jumper. Syncro System specializes in creating customized setups for these vehicles, tailoring each solution to the available space. Thanks to its modular approach, Syncro System Spa allows full customization of interior linings and furnishings to maximize the use of both interior and exterior spaces.

Among Citroën’s commercial vehicles, the Nemo stands out for its agility and versatility: ideal for short trips in urban areas or along narrow routes, it is the most compact model offered by Citroën. Since its market debut, Syncro System has been dedicated to designing and installing interior linings and accessories such as shelving, drawer units, and roof racks for this vehicle, which is highly appreciated by professionals and entrepreneurs.
The squared lines of the Nemo’s bodywork make it particularly well-suited for installing Syncro System’s furnishings. The cab accommodates two people, while the cargo area has a maximum load capacity of 585 kg (excluding the driver). The vehicle’s dimensions are: 1.72 meters wide, 1.71 meters high, and 3.86 meters long.

Once the lining has been applied, Syncro System’s experts will build your customized setup to meet your professional needs, creating a functional and professional workspace inside your van. You can install transparent plastic containers, metal drawers, and open shelving or units with plastic bins on the side walls and the bulkhead. In the first image sequence, you can see a vice with a pull-out support integrated into the left-hand unit.
The Citroën Berlingo, launched in 1996, marked a turning point in the small commercial vehicle sector, becoming a benchmark model for all van manufacturers. The prototype developed by the Peugeot/Citroën group revolutionized the concept of a compact commercial vehicle. The current version, restyled in 2008, features increased dimensions and a design aligned with the latest Citroën cars. The cargo area is now wider and more regular, offering greater capacity. The Berlingo for goods transport is available in two variants: short version (3.3 cubic meters of volume and 625 kg load capacity) and long version (3.7 cubic meters of volume and 750 kg load capacity).
Thanks to the Syncro system, this van’s cargo space can be easily transformed into a mobile workshop by adding custom furniture and accessories.

After lining the walls and floor, the Berlingo is ready to receive the selected furniture for the mobile workshop setup. As shown in the gallery above, the installation can also be partial. In this example, only one side wall of the cargo space has been fitted, with drawers and a shelf above the wheel arch. On the sides of the unit, you can see several accessories: a gas cylinder holder, an emergency kit, and hooks.
For those who prefer spacious interiors and regular shapes in a van, the Citroën Jumper is the ideal choice: a large commercial vehicle produced by Sevel Sud, a joint venture between the Fiat and Citroën/Peugeot groups.
The latest version, launched in 2006, features square lines and right angles in the cargo area, along with remarkable storage capacity. These characteristics make it perfect for installing Syncro System modules, turning the vehicle into a fully equipped mobile workshop, as functional and comfortable as a stationary one. The vertical sidewalls make it easy to fully utilize space, allowing even large units to be installed in the upper part of the van.

The gallery above shows a typical example of how the Syncro system enables innovative outfitting solutions for the Jumper. All walls, including the bulkhead, have been fitted with custom furniture. On the left side are shelving units and metal drawers. Above the right wheel arch, there is a closed compartment, suitcase trays with four Galaxy plastic containers, and two additional shelves—one with plastic bins. The bulkhead features a drawer unit with transparent components. Of note are the milled cargo bars fixed horizontally and vertically onto the furniture, creating a grid-like system for securing bulky or fragile materials.
Thanks to its generous load capacity and regular, square-shaped walls, the Citroën Jumpy is one of the brand’s most popular vans. Craftsmen, maintenance workers, and technicians recognize the Jumpy’s simple, uncurved design as the perfect base for a Syncro System installation. The available engines are all French-made diesels, with power ranging from 90 to 136 hp. Customers can choose from three models of different lengths: short wheelbase/low roof, long wheelbase/low roof, and long wheelbase/high roof—the latter offering a payload of up to 1,200 kg and a load volume of up to 7 cubic meters

The Syncro system includes the installation of lightweight yet sturdy furniture and equipment in the cargo area—ideal for organizing and transporting large quantities of materials, machinery, and tools in an orderly fashion. Syncro furnishings are also designed to take up minimal space, leaving plenty of room for storing additional cargo and allowing the user to move and work freely.
With Syncro, the possibilities for combining furniture components have been further expanded, giving each customer a truly tailored solution for their specific needs!
